• It should be a safe storage area for your car or cars. It could be an area where the cars can be serviced
• One can store all the accessories required to maintain a car. All the tools and materials can be kept there

• Sufficient space should be there to service the cars as well as park them
• Some items could be mounted from the ceiling like bicycles to give additional space
