How to Decorate Room for Your Toddler?

Decorating your toddler’s room can be fun and but highly challenging. You may have to pay attention to details that are not only durable but are safe for your child as well.  Moreover, the room has to be something that your toddler would like to grow up with. Another aspect that you may want to keep in mind is that the room can be altered with minimum of fuss when required. Let’s check how all these can be achieved …

If you are converting your baby’s nursery into a toddler room, you can use the same bedding – crib quilt, sheets and mattress. This way you can save both money and time.

Next is the color of your toddler room. Simplicity is the key here. You can keep the walls completely blank or paint them in simple white with easy-to-wash finish for him to do the artwork! Your child would be able to draw his favourite cartoons with his colourful crayons and pencils on the walls.

Furnishing is something that you may want to keep to bare minimum as your toddler needs space to crawl around.  You can also keep all your curtains and costly fittings at a height that are way beyond your toddler’s reach.

Lastly, you may choose a sports theme if the toddler is a boy as boys are generally fond of car, trains, airplanes, etc. Similarly, you may choose a dollhouse décor that your darling daughter can appreciate for a long time.
